You retain full ownership of the bookmarks, notes, and tags you store on Favys.app ("Your Content"). By using our service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the service to you.
To provide intelligent features like automatic tag suggestions and dashboard insights, Favys.app utilizes Google's Gemini API. When you use these features, certain data from your bookmarks may be sent to the Gemini API for processing. This may include bookmark titles, URLs, content summaries, and your existing tags.
Your privacy is paramount. The data sent to Google's Gemini API is for the sole purpose of generating a response for you. In accordance with Google's API Terms of Service, this data is not stored by Google, is not used to train their models, and is not linked to your personal user account.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair the service. This includes storing links to illegal content, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or distributing malware.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. You can terminate your account by deleting it through the user management features.
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability or availability of the service. In no event shall Favys.app be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
